Students' avacado

Doesn't exactly taste like avacado but the colour is the same, Middle Eastern flavour ideal for dipping your Ryvita in.

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
  • large can marrowfat peas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (30ml)
  • 4 tbsp milk (60 ml)
  • 4 tsp lemon jiuce (20 ml)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp curry paste (5 ml)
  • 2 tsp grated onion (10 gm)

Method

Drain the peas and mash or liquidise them. Beat in the peanut butter and milk. Add the onion, lemon juice, curry paste, salt and pepper. Serve in a small pot surrounded by Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread Ryvita or your own favourite variety.
