Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cheddar and Cracked Black Pepper Thins
- 250g quark
- 1 cucumber
- bunch of chopped coriander
- wasabi hot sauce
- salt and cracked black pepper
- 1 clove chopped garlic
Method
Grate cucumber into a sieve and sprinkle with salt. Leave for 30 minutes. Squeeze out liquid and add to quark with coriander and garlic. Add wasabi sauce to taste and black pepper.
Serve with Ryvita thins for dipping
