Top your Ryvita with beer

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Dark Rye Crispbread
  • 200 g soft cheese
  • 100g butter
  • 1 tsp French mustard
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1tsp anchovy paste
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of ground carraway
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tbsps lager
  • clove of garlic

Method

With a fork combine cheese and butter, add all the other ingredients except the beer and garlic. Mix thoroughly and then gradually pour in the beer until the right consistency is reached. Cut one end off the clove of garlic and rub the clove over a Ryvita. Top with spread.
