Ingredients
- RYVITA® Black Pepper
- 10 tomatoes
- 60ml olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- pinch of rosemary
- 1 spanish onion
Method
1. Finely dice spanish onion and mince garlic 2. Heat pan and add 45mls of the olive oil and saute the onion and garlic until tender 3. Add in chopped tomato (peeled & deseeded) and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are soft 4. Season salsa with salt & black pepper and remove from heat 5. Stir in remaining 15mls of oil
