- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- chickpea canned
- sesame paste
Method
1 x can chickpeas drained, 3 Tsp sesame paste,clove of garlic, juice of 1 lemon.Pepper to taste. olive oil to drizzle. Put into a bowl and using a handblender zap until smoothe. Drizzle with olive oil. Optional: roasted red pepper for a spicy dip.
