Roasted Pepper Houmous
This is a devilishly delicious dip, really right for Ryvita thins, exceptionally easy to execute and eat which is nourishingly nutritious!

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
- 1 tin or jar of chickpeas, juice of 2 lemons, 4/5 tablespoons Hill Farm Rapeseed Oil, third of jar of light Tahini Paste
Method
1 Place chickpeas with their liquid into a saucepan and heat through gently - do not boil. Drain and retain the liquid. 2 Place chickpeas into a blender along with lemon juice, garlic and rapeseed oil. 3 Blend to a smooth paste, adding the, tahini paste, roasted pepper, cayenne pepper and salt through to top of the blender as it whizzes. 4 Add some of the reserved liquid until dip is desired consistency. 5 Serve in a bowl with rapeseed oil drizzled on top.
Cook's Tip:
Alternatives to roasted peppers additions could be:
12 olives
or a small chopped and lightly roasted onion
or a small cubed and roasted sweet potato
or a small portion of pumpkin cubed and roasted
