Goats Cheese and Pesto dip

Smooth and creamy with a bit of a kick...Yummy!!

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
  • 200g soft goat's cheese
  • 125ml full-cream milk
  • 3 tbs basil or rocket pesto
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

Place goat's cheese and milk in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper, then process until smooth. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto in the base of dipping bowl. Top with cheese mixture. Place chilli sauce and remaining pesto on top. Serve with Ryvita Multi-Seed Thins and a selection of crunchy veg.
