RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- hand full of capers
- tin of anchovies
- mayonaise
- half a lemon
- clove of garlic
- tablespoon of olive oil
- bunch of fresh basic
- mayonaise
- freshly milled black pepper
Method
chop a tin of anchovy fillets very finely and crush them into a paste with a mortar. Chop some capers (after rinsing in water) finely also. Add half a teaspoon of dijon mustard, a crushed clove of garlic, half a lemon juice and some freshly milled black pepper. add a tablespoon of olive oil and taste to see if salt is needed. add half a pot of mayonaise and a bunch of freshly chopped basil and combine the mixture.
