Dark Twisted Guacamole Crispbreads

A luxuriously rich parmesan guacamole dip with a twist of lime, served with Ryvita ® Dark Rye Crispbreads.

Method

Cut the lime in half and keep to one side a slice of lime for garnish, then juice and zest the lime. Wash and chop the coriander. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes the chop. Remove the flesh for the avocado. Place the above ingredients in a blender and add black pepper to taste. Mix until rough paste is created. Add parmesan cheese and gently stir it in to the mixture. Place in serving dish and garnish with a sprig of coriander and a twisted lime slice. Serve with Dark Rye Crispbreads
