Method

thinly slice a red and yellow pepper. sprinkle with olive oil and roast in the oven. when cooked cover with a damp towel and allow to cool. spread multiseed ryvita thins with pumpkin seed butter top with any good brie. When peppers are cool peel aand place on top of the brie and enjoy. This also works well with roasted small tomatoes.
