sweet chilli crunchy stuffed chicken

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Sweet Chilli Minis
- 2 Boneless chicken breasts
- 50g low fat cream cheese
- 60ml olive oil
Method
Pre heat your oven to 190C. Crush the ryvita sweet chilli minis either in a food processor or in a food bag with a rolling pin. Put into a bowl and add the olive oil. Mix well. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese. Place the chicken in a shallow ovenproof dish and top each breast with the minis/olive oil mix, press down to form a crispy crust. Bake for 25 mins or until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
