Ingredients
- RYVITA® Salt & Vinegar Minis
- 1 TEASPOON OIL.
- 2 ONIONS
- 1LB SLICED FILLETED CHICKEN
- MIXED PEPPERS
- , 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
- CAN OF DIET COKE or DR PEPPER
- TOMATO PRUREE
Method
FRY ONIONS AND GARLIC IN OIL. ADD CHOPPED MIXED PEPPERS. THEN ADD SLICED CHICKEN. FRY FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN ADD TOMATO PRUREE AND CAN OF DIET COKE OR DIET DR PEPPER. BRING TO BOIL AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. ABOUT 5 MINUTES BEFORE COOKED ADD THE RYVITA MINIS TO BULK OUT THE MEAL AND TO SOFTEN.
