RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- 150g Ryvita Multigrain crispbreads
- 500g Mascarpone
- 1 Medium tub double cream
- 1 Cup Espresso coffee
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 2 tablespoons fresh Orange juice
- 30g Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
Method Whip the double cream, add Mascarpone and stir. Add sugar and half maple syrup. Mix Espresso, Amaretto and orange juice and place in large bowl. Dip crispbread crackers for approximately 2 or 3 minutes. Put cream and crispbreads in 2 layers in a dish. Spread each crispbread layer with maple syrup and cover with cocoa before serving. Looks great with grapes, strawberries or cherries on top.
