Method

Decide how many crispbreads you would like to use. Cover them with slices of mature cheddar. Then spread a thin layer of the green pesto over the cheese and place a few of the sundried tomatoes on top. Pop under a hot grill for a very short time just to slight melt the cheese.

Then sit back and enjoy, goes very well with a glass of red wine!
