Method

Add a squeeze of lemon juice to a small tub of half fat creme fraiche to loosen, season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Spread the creme fraiche on the Dark Rye Ryvita and drape ribbons of smoked salmon across the crispbread.

Add another twist of black pepper and a tiny amount of chopped dill (optional)

Serve with an ice cool glass of Pimms and raise a toast to William & Kate!

The perfect snack to eat while watching the Royal Wedding :-)
