Perfect for a mid-summer afternoon; sunflower seeds and oats Ryvita, topped with a splendid Mexican style tuna dip with smoked chipotle chilli.

Method

Mix all ingredients in except Ryvita into a food processor and blend well till you have a splendid creamy dip with a smokey flavour and essence. Spread on top of Ryvita and garnish with fresh parsley.
