  • RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 rashers of smoked bacon
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ground black pepper
  • Butter
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • Parsley

Method

Makes enough topping for 3 Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper crispbreads. Preparation time: 20 minutes.

1. Grill the bacon and tomatoes and cut both into thumbnail sized pieces. 2. Dice the hard boiled eggs in a bowl and stir in a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Season with pepper. 3. Take 3 slices of Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread and add a thin layer of butter. 4. Add a layer of the egg mayonnaise to each crispbread and then add the chopped bacon and tomatoes to the top. 5. To give your crispbreads a modern kick sprinkle the top with tabasco sauce or simply use a sprig of parsley to garnish. 6. Sit down and watch the Royal Wedding while enjoying your favourite crispbread and a twist on a classic British recipe!
