Method

1. cook duck breast and leave for 5 mins. 2. chop spring onions 3. shred the duck. 4. place the ryvita on a serving plate, add a pieces of duck, drizzle with hosin sauce and sprinkle a few pieces of the chopped spring onion. repeat this for how many guests are present 5.serve
