Sweet chilli crayfish with cream cheese, rocket and cress

Method

smother the crisp bread with philadelpia. Place the rocket on the cream cheese and top with the cress. Mix sweet chilli sauce on the crayfish sufficiently to coat the crayfish lightly. Add to the top of the cress to finish.
