RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- butter
- mascarpone
- cream
- stawberries
- sugar
- white wine
- Flake
Method
Bash Ryvita into little pieces. Melt butter and mix with Ryvita. Push mixture onto a well greased plate or one of those special plastic cake wrappers if you can get one. Leave to cool.
Stir together one pack of mascarpone with cream and a dash of white wine. Sprinkle in sugar to taste. Once preferred consistency - firm enough to not run, creamy enopugh to not be stodge - spread on Ryvita bottom (once it's cold).
Decorate with fresh stawberries, cream and Flake.
Enjoy.
