Carrot, honey and ginger soup
Carrot soup with a kick and a pleasant surprise!

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- Carrots
- Onion
- Garlic
- Vegaetable stock
- Ginger
- Honey
Method
Heat some olive oil in a large heavy bottomed pan Chop onion and garlic and add to oil , saute gently to soften. Add chopped diced carrots and saute for several minutes. Add vegetable stock to cover. Grate some fresh ginger in to soup to taste and add a few chili flakes if desired . Season with ground black pepper. Simmer until vegetables are softened and thoroughly cooked. Add honey to taste and liquidise before serving.
