Healthy Omega3 fish soup
This soup is easy to make and conatin fish which is good for the brain and also contain Omega3 which is good for the heart.
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Original Crispbread
- 50g poached trout (flaked)
- 50g poached haddock( flaked)
- 1 tablespoon sweetcorn
- 1 tablespoon peas
- 1 pinch saffron
- 200ml fish stock
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add in flour and cook slowly for 1 minute. Stir in the milk and gradually the fish stock. 2. Add in the fish, vegetable and the saffron. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Serve wth Ryvita Crisbread and garnish with chopped parsley.
