S'Pea'dy Minted Pea Soup
An amazingly S’pea’dy soup made from frozen peas that is delicious enough to serve at a dinner party with a swirl of cream and sprig of mint.

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- 1 chicken stock cube dissolved in 1 pint of water
- 2lb frozen peas
- 2 teaspoons of mint sauce
- 5 fl oz single cream
- ¼ pint milk
- A pinch of salt, white pepper and sugar
Method
1. Put the stock in a large pan and add the peas and mint sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes 2. Liquidise for 2 minutes. Add the milk and cream, and the seasonings to taste. 3. Either reheat without boiling or chill. Serve with crumbled multigrain crispbreads.
