Bacon Leek and Potato
Good old fashioned healthy meal in a bowl

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- 6 chopped rashers Bacon
- 1 x large Onion
- 4 leeks
- 5 potatoes
- chicken or veg stock
- cream fraiche or milk
Method
Fry up bacon then add onions garlic and leaaks and sweat gently in butter for 10 mins. slice potatoes thinly and add sweating for another 5 mins. Cover in stock bring to boil, season and simmer for 35-40 mins. Blend with a hand blender and add milk (or creme fraiche) to taste and adjust consitency. Check seasoning and serve...
