Method

Using left over ham or gammon (could use bacon). I use approx 1 litre of veg stock chopped ham/gammon, simmer for 20 mins. I then add my peas (again if you dont have any you can use broad beans) simmer and reduce until you have the thickness you want. You can add a little mint in the end if you like.
