Leek and Tater Surprise

This will get children and difficult adults eating their veg!!!!

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Sweet Onion Crispbread
  • Leek
  • Potato
  • Sweed
  • Carrot
  • Chestnut Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Pre cooked Chicken
  • Gruyere Cheese (or any stringy cheese)
  • Garlic
  • Tarragon
  • Chicken or veg stock

Method

Cook down the veg in the stock with a teaspoon of butter, garlic and tarragon until you can blend it together and make a thick soup. Shread the chicken and mix it into the soup. just before serving grate some Gruyere cheese on the top and serve. Its tasty and full of the right things for your body. (p.s. you wont need a large serving as its quite filling)
