Method

Soak Lentils overnight and then drain Add cooked chicken (not skin) Add Lentils Add 2 pints vegetable stock 1 Tablespoon cornflour (depending on how thick you want it) Simmer for 30 minutes and then add pasta shells cooking for another 10-15mins and check pasta is cooked.

All ready to serve with delicious pumpkin seeds and Oats Crispbread - pure heaven on a cold day
