Leek, Brussel Sprout & Choritzo Soup

A novel way of using sprouts and leeks with the Spanish essence of using Choritzo affording a healthy soup alternative

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Sesame Crispbread
  • 1 Large finely sliced Leek
  • 500 gms finely sliced sprouts
  • 200 gms of choritzo finely diced
  • 200 gms of light creme fraishe
  • ground black pepper to season

Method

In a large frying pan preheated add the diced Choritzo stir fry for about 4 mins. Wash the sliced Leeks and sprouts, season with pepper and cover pan simmer for 10 minutes stirring occassionally to avoid sticking. In a large saucepan add the Creme Fraishe and gently heat Add the contents of frying pan and stir bringing back to boil. Serve with Sesame crispbread and enjoy
