chicken slimmers warmer soup

Method

take raw chicken thighs place in large pan of water ,add a pinch of salt ,allow to boil and then simmer for as long as it takes for the chicken to be falling of the bone as you try to pick it up with no force its just falling off the bone then the chicken is cooked,i usually let it simmer from 3 _5 hours adding water when needed, using another pan and a seive transfer the water to another pan collecting the contents in the seive and then remove skin and bones and put all the chicken back into the water you had cooked it in ,.slice by prefrence 1 or 2 onions put them in , and tin or frozen sweetcorn drain and put sweetcorn into the pan , put the pan back to simmer further along take 1 or 2 packets depending on size of pan and how you are feeding, of low fat noodles and break up and put into the pan 10 minutes later break up and add from 5 -10 chicken oxos ,taste for prefrence as you go along leave for a while till oxos dissolved and dish up and enjoy ,great for freezing and cheap and healthy and tastey .enjoy
