Hot and creamy potato soup
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Sunflower Seed & Oats Crispbread
- Potatoes
- Peppers
- Onions
- Chicken stock
- Tomato Puree
- Salt and pepper
- Cream
Method
Dice onions, peppers and potatoes in to small cubes, simmer in mild chicken stock for 10 - 15 min. Add tomato puree and salt & pepper cook for another 5 min. Puree soup and stir in cream.

ReportThe ingredients in this recipe could do with a spell check. What are Reppers ? The plural of potato has an es at the end. Unfortunately I also found the finished soup quite bland. However with the addition of garlic and some ginger (i re heated using them in paste form) made all the difference.
