Ham & Peas soup

RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- equal quantities of diced ham
- diced carrots
- peas
- vegetable stock to cover
- swede or other veg
- parsley or corriander roughly chopped to taste & salt & pepper
- 1. onion
- nob of butter
Method
Soften the onion in the butter then add the diced veg and ham. Stir until browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herb of choice. Cover with stock and simmer until reduced. Serve with crispbreads and enjoy
