Chicken,pasta and vegetable

Its a warm nutrious soup with all the the bnig flavour to keep you fuller for longer

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
  • Cup full of Cooked chicken in chunks
  • Bag of fresh mixed vegetables 250g
  • Cup of Pasta spirals
  • 2 chicken oxo cubes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1 -2 litres of hot water
  • Half tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Teaspoon tomato puree
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoon of cornflour addid to a little water stirred

Method

Boil the kettle,Fry onions and veg in oil.Add the rest of the ingredients.Stir alltogether.Cover in your hot water..Add the cornflour mixture.Stir.

Stir from time to time,on a medium heat,until it has thickened to your desired taste.

Serves 2

Serve with ryvita cracked black pepper crisbread.
