Chicken,pasta and vegetable
Its a warm nutrious soup with all the the bnig flavour to keep you fuller for longer
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- Cup full of Cooked chicken in chunks
- Bag of fresh mixed vegetables 250g
- Cup of Pasta spirals
- 2 chicken oxo cubes
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 litres of hot water
- Half tin of chopped tomatoes
- Teaspoon tomato puree
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoon of cornflour addid to a little water stirred
Method
Boil the kettle,Fry onions and veg in oil.Add the rest of the ingredients.Stir alltogether.Cover in your hot water..Add the cornflour mixture.Stir.
Stir from time to time,on a medium heat,until it has thickened to your desired taste.
Serves 2
Serve with ryvita cracked black pepper crisbread.
