Kooky Kracker Sandwich Desert
An unusually sweet Ryvita recipe, it's sure to sweeten up anyone who got out on the wrong side of bed!

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- Chocolate and hazelnut spread
- One banana
- Strawberries
- Pomegranate seeds
Method
Firstly, take two delicious Ryvita fruit crunch crispbreads and spread them both lavishly with a thick layer of smooth chocolate and hazelnut spread. (It is possible to purchase low calorie spreads in many supermarkets.) Next, thinly slice your banana, and add as many slices as you like to one of your delectable crispbreads, on top of the chocolate and hazelnut spread. Repeat this easy to follow step but now with the strawberries, which you should carefully place on top of the banana. Lastly, scatter freely the juicy pomegranate seeds atop this previous fruit, and place the other 'chocolatey crispbread' on top, to create your very own Kooky Kracker Sandwich Desert! Mmmm! Enjoy!

ReportWell this recipe just about made my day! The Crispy Ryvita compliments the smooth sweet fruity topping so entirely, that I can't believe I've never tried it before, and that's saying something. I'm a Ryvita pro! I'll admit it took me several tries to perfect the layering technique, but once done, it was simply divine, thanks Dolly!
