    Like many othees, i never like Ryvita, however I tried it again last month, 1st time since the 70s, and surprise, I liked the new Ryvita flavours, the fruit on is really nice, I wont be missing out on eating Ryvita again. It is nice crunchy and tasty these days. Keep up the good work bringing out more new kinds of Ryvita, its always nice to have new tastes and textures when you are trying to lose weight and then trying to maintain the new weight, Im not there yet, however, im sure with these new Ryvitas will help me get there along with Weight Watchers.

    delicious, ryvita alone = 1pro point. Add very low fat cheese triangle (I use laughing cow) and slice of fresh fruit. - my version of afternoon snack of cheesecake! Delicious!!

    great for lunch with very low fat philly.then slice grapes on top.or an apple. add pickle and you have a low point plowmans.

    As much as I've always loved "old school" Ryvita, this one is my new favourite. As a kid, Eccles Cakes were something I couldn't get enough of. Fruit Crunch tastes so much like them, but a lot healthier. If anyone was inquiring, no, I can't resist dunking them in my Tea.
